A website designer is the person who will design, create and organise your website with you. They will be responsible for translating the images and resources you give them (ie. pics and text) into a fully functioning website. I cannot tell you how important it is to get as close to the perfect designer that you possibly can and that you put time, effort and alot of research into finding the right person.

On this page we will address the issue of webdesigner as someone you pay to do the design and creation of your website for you. You can of course create your own website, but this page will not address self design.

How to find a designer

Research the style of website you like

The only way to do this is to trawl the internet. Put key search words like Australian Escort, Sydney Escort, International Escort into Google. Asking for referrals from other ladies, forums and gents

Go onto womans forums or send emails to ladies who own the websites and ask them for referrals to site designers they may have used themselves or have heard good things about from others. If you go onto a forum and ask, be aware that many forums will have certain website designers, photographers and text writers they have made business agreements with, so everyone they refer, the site owner gets a cut of the money they charge you. If you like a website, send the lady an email and ask her the pros and cons of using the person who designed their site. Questions you will want to ask them include

how long did it take for the designer to finish your site?
how much did it cost you?
how long does it take them to make changes or upload new info to your website - any longer than 24 - 48hours for a change and I wouldn't consider them professional enough to be developing a site
how did you pay them? If they expect more than 50% of the total upfront I would not use them
how did they pick their web designer - if they were referred by a forum owner, I'd do some more research on the site designer
did the site designer listen to you and respected what you wanted or did they do what they wanted to do and disregarded your input
have you had any problems with your site?
what feedback have you had from guys re: your site?
do they charge you extra money for making changes to your site and if so, how much?
do you like your designer or are you pissed off at them?
did they give you all the passwords to the site, hosting, domain names? This is important because some ladies I have spoken to have had designers literally steal their sites when they want to move the site away from the designer to a new one to make changes to. You OWN the site not the designer
what is the response time to emails? If it takes them longer than 12 - 24 hours to respond to any email you send, I would not choose them.

I would also ask your clients which ladies websites they like and why. They are somewhat experts in looking at ladies sites after all lol. You can ask your regulars or ask on forums to provide you with links and reasons why they like particular sites. You'll often find that guys like something very different to ladies. It is up to you to decide if you go with what your potential clients like, or to trust your own judgement and go with what you want.

You really can afford to put very strict time guidelines and have very high expectations on site designers. There are some very good ones out there, who are very professional and you do not have to put up with substandard service or substandard work. Check branding on the sites and what impact they make on you

Have a look at the branding of the sites while you're looking. Try and pay particular attention to how powerful the site is in making an impact and making you remember the site. The internet is a user based system meaning unlike television, people are not submissive sitting on a chair watching the pretty colors flash before their eyes. They are actively engaged with your site and if it doesn't make an impact and show them what they want to see immediately, they are going to shut you and your site down and link thru to somewhere else. You have 3 seconds to make an impact and have people remember you and your site or you have lost them for life.
