Establishments

Establishments employ, contract or rent rooms to ladies to work from. The following will be a general guide to using both massage parlors and ‘brothels’ - we hate the word ‘brothel’ these days and prefer to refer to them as establishments or parlors. So this is a guide for Massage Parlors and Parlors.

What it means to be an establishment…

·  Ladies work for an establishment meaning they have their name on a roster and must show up to work at rostered times whether they have bookings or not. Just like a normal job really except they do not get paid any money apart from the money they make if they are chosen in a lineup. This means a lady may sit in an establishment for a 12 hour shift and go home with NO money  

·  Establishment will take a cut of the money each booking. Due to Australian Tax Office crackdowns and ladies preferring not to give details to employers, establishments now say they take usually about half of the amount charged for the booking for ‘room rental’. In this way they are not obligated to collect Tax File Numbers, issue pay slips etc

·  There are set prices and you can try and negotiate ‘til your blue in the face, you wont get a discount. It is generally assumed there is a set price for a set service and anything extra you would like on top of the ‘set service’ you will pay an ‘extra’ for.       

·  Extra’s may include: kissing, anal, B&D, touching ladies naughtybits or boobs, bodyslides, if you want to cum more that once, BBBJ, Cum on Face (COF), cum in mouth (CIM), strip tease, multiple positions, basically ANYTHING beyond a covered blow job and straight sex once you may be asked for extra money. This is usually negotiated directly with the lady.        

·  Establishments may offer incalls, outcalls or both so it’s best to check with the management     

·  When you attend an establishment you will consult with a receptionist or manager re: bookings. All bookings are booked thru reception staff. Reception staff can also be very good at recommending ladies because they will generally know what extra services ladies may provide and know the personalities of the ladies.       

·  Ladies do not advertise or market themselves. Often you will be able to meet the lady in a lineup where you will be introduced to all the ladies available at the time. Establishments may have a website where they either use a picture ‘of likeness’ or take an actual picture of the lady and place it on their site so your able to view what the lady looks like. Establishments may also advertise in local papers and either represents the lady as working for the establishment or may advertise her as an independent lady to try and capture users of both markets.

How do you find one - what happens when you get there – what to expect…   

·  Have a look online or in your local paper to locate an establishment. Jump onto a forum and read some reviews to help you narrow down your choices or for referrals to establishments.

·  Once you have decided which one to go to you can either ring ahead to check ladies are availability or you can just turn up. Some ladies don’t work often and may book out for the entire shift, so if you know you would like to see a lady, it is best to book ahead on the phone if you can. You can also ask the best way to get there and if there is a discreet entrance. Many establishments will have a second more discreet entrance.    

·  When you arrive you will be greeted by a receptionist who will let you in and put you in a waiting area (some establishments have hustle lounges you can sit in). You will sit there and wait for a line up to begin.

·  A line up is where you will be asked to sit in a room and will be introduced to all the ladies available to you at the time. This means each lady will come into the room one at a time, introduce herself, maybe shake your hand and maybe if your ultra lucky rub you up (DO NOT feel ripped off if this doesn’t happy). This is the time you should ask ladies if they provide something your specifically after eg. kissing. It is also a time you should try and gauge the ladies personality to see if you’d like spending time with her. Don’t worry if you can’t remember a ladies name in a line up as you may be introduced to between 5 – 10 women. As long as you can remember a specific detail about her like dress color or hair color the receptionist will be able to identify who you have picked.

·  If you can’t decide or want to see a few ladies again, you can always ask for a few of the ladies to come back in. Don’t mess about but because this can give ladies the shits so be very lovely if your asking to see them again.

·  Once the line up is done and you have chosen a lady, the receptionist or lady you have chosen will ask you to pay. This means you will have to tell her how long you would like to book for so she knows how much to charge you. Depending on the establishment you may be able to pay cash, credit card or eftpos. I’ve never seen anyone take cheques lol.

·  If you pay by credit card or eftpos please ask the receptionist what the loading is for the card. Banks generally charge sex industry services a huge % per transaction for merchant facilities so you may be hit up with an extra 15% - 50% extra on the booking price.

·  If you pay the lady directly please make sure you get the change in your hand or the lady indicates where she has put it for you to pick up. If you intend on leaving it as a gift, please let the lady know so she can put it away. It’s best to be really clear about this so no-one gets upset if accidents happen.

·  You will then be taken to a room either by the receptionist or lady you have chosen. Most ladies will have a set room they have been given for the shift by management. If you wish to use a specific room (eg, if you want to have a spa and only 1 room has a spa you will have to request the room in advance), ask the lady or receptionist if it’s possible. Please don’t get upset with her if it’s not possible because often it is impossible to swap rooms and which room a lady ends up with is not her choice.

·  Once in the room you will be asked to undress and shower– DO IT! Hehehee. No fighting with the lady about not wanting to shower or she will get cranky. Most establishments have showers in the room though some may have one or two communal showers for everyone to use down the hall. If you strike one of the communal rooms, just get undressed in the room the lady puts you in, wrap the towel around you and trot down the hall to the shower.

·  When you’re in the shower the lady will usually leave the room. She leaves the room to either get you a drink, pay the receptionist your money and get your change if it hasn’t already been done in lineup room, check with receptionist when time’s up, get in the zone. Never fear however she will return J It’s a good idea to keep an eye on how much time passes though in case she doesn’t come back for 20 minutes and you need to discuss it later with the receptionist. This happens in very limited situations as ladies are often being yelled at by reception staff to get on with it so the room becomes available again.

·  When the lady returns it’s down to the lovely end of the adventure. Each lady will run things differently so I won’t go thru what to expect or how your actual booking will go. All I will say is communicating with the lady you are with is incredibly important. If you’re having a bad, boring or brilliant time please let her know as time goes by. Good communication means you’re more likely to get what you have been dreaming of.

·  Ladies will generally be very good at timing a booking. Generally when there is 5 – 10 minutes to go the lady will end the session and ask you to cum if you have been holding out, or jump in the shower if you’re finished. Check the time (there is always a clock in the room so the lady can time the booking) and if you agree time is up please do as she asks. If you’re late out of the room the lady may be fined by the establishment for going over time and may be abused by management. Fines are illegal but they do happen L

·  Your time usually starts from the time you step foot into the room you will see the lady in, or some establishments may start the clock when the lady goes back into the room after you’ve finished your shower (another reason ladies may leave the room when your showering). Time finishes when you exit the room. This is why she will ask you to jump in the shower before time is up. Management is of the opinion you rent the room not the lady which means you’re renting the room from the time you step in to the moment you step out. This is NOT something the lady has control over or has a say in.

·  When your all showered and lovely, give the lady a HUGE smile, tell her you had a FABULOUS time and then tell the receptionist you had a FABULOUS time. If you didn’t, you can always give feedback to the lady and receptionist as well. Some places may have feedback cards, or you can always send them an email when you get home.
